My experience was wonderful! My Dr was so wonderful and attentive I don’t have insurance. I think PlushCare is an ingenious alternative for people that don’t have insurance. I don’t know that I can say I’ve ever been so grateful for an ad to come across on my FB feed!! I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was, and how grateful for PlushCare!

Service is very convenient and quick.

I was suffering from a intestinal infection with extreme pain. I was able to get a appointment with PlushCare within a hour from the comfort of my home.The Dr was compassionate and very helpful. With in two hours I had a antibiotic. My normal trip to the Dr takes up my whole day. This was a blessing.

Who would think at 5:30 a.m. a physician would be available for immediate consultation - I had initially logged into my local urgent care site and was promptly sent to plush care thinking that would be where i would make my appointment. However, much to my surprise and pleasure Dr. Darius was immediately available. Gave her my symptoms and level of pain and answered a few more questions (she was very thorough) the diagnosis was made a she sent in a prescription to my local CVS. Am on third day of medication and feel so much better. Again, my expectations were far exceeded!

I was experiencing hives, which were greatly interrupting my days. I saw one PlushCare doctor who seemed to not understand how severe they were, asking to see the hives and probing questions about my perception of them. I told her the only thing I could think prompted the hives would be life stress. We did not discuss my current meds at any length, that I can recall. She advised me to take over the counter allergy medications, which did not help whatsoever. In fact, it was worse on Saturday, which is when I saw Dr. Holte. At this point, my face was swollen with hives and I had to hold my hands above my heart level for a bit of relief there. Dr. Holte seemed very concerned about the possibility of my airway being impacted by the hives. She asked questions about chest pains and other things that could be going on. She also inspected my current meds carefully and found that sometimes people have a delayed allergic reaction to a medication I was taking. She immediately told me to stop taking the med, prescribed prednisone and an epipen, and instructed me to go to the emergency room if my symptoms worsened at all. Comparing the two providers makes me feel grateful for Dr. Holte's attention and thorough evaluation of my situation. I was able to feel a sense of safety after receiving a solid medical plan. I was, and am, thankful to have been seen within 30 minutes of deciding I needed to be seen again. I did not have to go to the ER or urgent care and wait for hours with a swollen face and itchy everything. I was able to access relief by the afternoon. THANK YOU, DOCTOR HOLTE.

Late night severe headache and ear ache. I knew an appointment with my regular doctor would not be available for days. PlushCare came through with a timely, late (11:45pm) appointment and a list of available doctors. The doctor I selected was great! He provided a thorough assessment of my condition and gave a precise diagnosis and a prescription sent immediately to my preferred pharmacy. Great and convenient service at a much lower cost. I have had a history of bacterial bronchitis following a cold as I was a smoker in the past. My regular doctor could not see me and referred me to a walk-in emergency center in their network where the doctor on call insisted on a viral diagnosis even though I said I had coughed up yellow sputum. The doctor wanted me to take a Covid 19 test which would show I had a cold virus. I refused because these tests are deemed faulty at best. The doctor said she would put in my record that I had Covid 19 and would be sent home to do treatment only for a virus. I was told I needed to quarantine. Therefore, I contacted PlushCare where the virtual doctor listened to my symptoms and prescribed the medicines I needed to cure the bacterial issue. After three days of treatment I am almost well.
