Absolutely a waste of time and money. I very simply needed antibiotics for strep throat which I get yearly around this time. Dr.Kumar would not prescribe a basic antibiotic because she said I had the symptoms but no spots on my throat. Completely ridiculous. I went to urgent care and was almost immediately diagnosed with exactly what I told her and the antibodies were prescribed as they should have by her. Not only did I waste time but also money and I double paid for a visit. These doctors are a scam. Don't waste your time. Go to a real doctor. This was doctor Kumar.

This place is pathetic and a total scam. They're not up front about the membership (signing up for a virtual visit through a doctor and not telling you it's a monthly subscription). And then they are NOT helpful in cancelling or walking through that process. Disgusting people with a disgusting business model. They don't care about your health. Period.

Appear to be a scam. Looks like their model is to flood you several doctor visits for the same thing. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Terrible Experience with PlushCare—Avoid! My appointment was a complete waste of time. The physician spent barely 5 minutes with me and offered absolutely no helpful information or clinical guidance, which felt completely unprofessional. Worse, the doctor informed me she only works on the weekends, a fact not disclosed until after I had already paid for the appointment. Despite me immediately forwarding my required lab results, she stated I would have to wait until the following weekend for her to send a prescription to the pharmacy. It is now Monday, and my prescription still has not been sent. The Care Team messaging is also useless; every response is canned and unhelpful. The lack of timely care due to the doctor's extremely limited availability and the deceptive initial booking process makes this service unusable.

Usually, my experience has been very positive but unfortunately, I waited over 30 minutes for a doctor to show up for my appointment and she never did. The appointments are only 15 minutes long and the customer care team told me that I should’ve waited longer. I would not recommend using the service if you have healthcare I would recommend going with Medical certified telehealth through your insurance company like Blue Cross Blue Shield.

3 appointments made and 3 appointments cancelled by each doctor! What is the point! There is also no customer service!

The software asks for a credit card before booking an appointment. It started a security process that would take one hour and I canceled the transaction before making an appointment. I received a call back for some reason but did not pick up. No service was provided, my credit card was charged, I have not received a refund.

Zero Stars! I booked an appointment well ahead and completed all of the medical information. O waited 15 minutes for a no show doctor, Dr. Karen Stover. Unprofessional and irresponsible. DO NOT USE THIS APP
