Very good service the Doctor rang me on time, knew what she was doing, listened to me and acted efficiently and with emphathy - really impressed

Super easy scheduling, the physician listened to my concerns and worked out a treatment plan. I even received a follow up message asking if I had any more questions/needs. This type of care is super efficient and makes better sense than the traditional office-based primary care (for most medical needs where an in person visit is not required). I am super satisfied with the entire process. Everyone responds to your needs quickly which is unheard of in a typical office-based practice.

My first telemed experience was perfect! The doctor was attentive, responsive, gave me exactly what I needed and wanted immediately. I am recovering nicely, although I am away from home and could not access my doctor back home, thanks to my virtual appointment.

I had a wedding to attend the next day. I remembered some time ago I dropped the medication bottle. It seems I must not have picked up all the pills so now I had only enough bloodpressure medication for 2 days. I called Plush and they got my prescription right away at the nearest pharmacy. Also I enjoyed the wedding stress free.

We really are living in an age of convenience and Plushcare is a perfect example of how we are so blessed to live in 2022 where we don't have to wait any longer in lines for hours next to people who have whatever they are standing in line for to waste precious hours away from our families or work, just to see someone who spends 2 minutes with us, to hand us a prescription. This service was fast and easy and exactly what I could have hoped for. I don't have time to waste on waiting.... being able to schedule an appt and see a doctor who spoke clearly and knowledgeably exactly at the time I scheduled is everyone's wish come true My only gripe with the company is it's another subscription-based, have to sign up with a credit card program that is going to take money from me monthly that they are hoping ill forget about and allow them to continue to take until I cancel. God, we have enough of these kinds of companies this year. Everything is a subscription... can't we just pay as we go. What happened to just making money when you perform a service and not making money when your not? But other than that I loved it.

I cannot stress how much PlushCare has leveled up the quality of health care I should be getting. The app is amazing user-friendly, the doctors have excellent bedside manner, and the care team is amazing. Forms are completed in a timely manner pre-authorization requests are submitted with little or no effort. Amazing , you will not be disappointed !
