I was feeling horrible Friday evening. My provider was not available until late Monday. ED or urgent care were my only options. They are very expensive. While searching for a “home” remedy I see Plushcare. The whole process was easy and professional. I was able to choose my own provider and an appointment that very evening. She was on time, kind and thorough. My cost was my typical co-pay at my doctors office. She even checked on me the next day. Will use again…..thank you Donna RN

I was on vacation and had a skin/rash type issue and didn’t want to waste hours at urgent care so I tried PlushCare and it was fabulous!!! The doctor was kind and very helpful! The whole thing took 25 mins and I didn’t need to leave my family or our vacation condo. I had a prescription within 30 mins!

I’ve found PlushCare so helpful over the past year. In March 2021, when I finally realized I needed to try taking medication for OCD, anxiety, and depression, I didn’t feel comfortable going in-person to a new doctor (COVID, social anxiety, general nervousness around medical professionals). The doctor I saw made me feel so comfortable. She explained why she believed the medications she prescribed would work for me, made sure I was informed about potential side-effects, and listened with compassion. Our appointments are speedy, but I never feel rushed or as though I don’t have time to ask questions. I didn’t anticipate sticking with PlushCare for over a year, but I have such good rapport with the doctor I see that I can’t imagine ditching the service any time soon. My BCBS plan covers my PlushCare appointments, making this a super affordable and convenient solution.

My Doctor is awesome! I've seen my Doctor about 5 times. Even though it is only a virtual appointment. I feel as if my Doctor takes extra measures to insure that I am being well taken care of when I have an appointment with her. I can tell she cares about my health and concerns. Also, I'd like to mention that when I call the help desk for Plushcare They're always helpful and genuine. Thank you for reaching out to me and letting me express my appreciation.
