My experience was and continues to be a firm "10" on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest). Registration is very quick and easy. A good range of doctors to choose from. Appointment setup is a one-stop process, too (just choose your date and time and that is all!) You join the video call five minutes prior to appt and the doc appears, My doctor was exactly what I like: professional, obviously knew his stuff, sense of humor. I felt he was very thorough. Discussed my symptoms and very thorough with dispensing the appropriate treatment. I felt calm and relaxed, and as a patient with white coat syndrome, that is saying something. Within 30 minutes I received a text and email notice that my prescriptions were called in. Amazing. The next day, I remembered a script use frequently (allergies). Went into the PlushCare app, sent a message asking for it, and within 15 minutes I received a text that the doctor called my script in. In an age where everything is so messed up and requires all sorts of remediation and following up, waiting, etc., this was a wonderful experience. I love the sense of confidence I have in my care. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online with the doctor of my choice. I had received some abnormal lab results that needed to be reviewed. I was contacted via email a few hours later by a customer service rep, double checking the date of my labwork to make sure they had the results on file. My doctor was kind, reassuring, informative and very helpful. He changed some of my scripts and sent them to my pharmacy that evening. I received an email copy of lab orders, email confirmation my prescriptions had been ordered and an appointment for a follow up pre-scheduled (that I could also change if needed online). I then received a personal email from my doctor that was warm, reassuring and encouraging, inviting me to contact him if any other questions came to mind. I came to Plushcare for routine meds when COVID first hit, but have now chosen a primary care physician who is the kindest, most concerned and helpful doctor I have ever worked with.

Very convenient from the comfort of your home, and flexible appointment availability! The doctor actually made the right (and critical) diagnosis and sent me to my specialist, who confirmed her online diagnosis. Very, very satisfied.

Excellent professional medical care while I was on holiday in Hawaii. I woke up with a problem, was able to schedule an appointment within the next hour. I felt heard and understood by the doctor and had a prescription sent to the nearest pharmacy to where I was staying. This all happened on a Sunday! Many thanks

I love this service. The doctors are professional and kind. The convenience of getting a consult from home is amazing. My RX was sent into my pharmacy before the consult was even over. It's truly revolutionary in my opinion.
