My initial doctor visit (Temeka Hailstorm) said Wegovy would be $199/month for the first 2 months and then $299/mo thereafter WITHOUT INSURANCE! Walgreens is telling me $3,000 without insurance. This makes me believe y'all are a big fat fraud! My last doctor appt. with you folks, the doctor had a sheet over the window, what kind of place are you folks?!?!?!

Misleading billing - quoted me $10 for a telehealth appt after I provided my insurance information. After the appt, they charged me $120 saying I hadn’t met my deductible

The doctor made assumptions about my sexual and mental health instead of addressing my cold and then they charged me $140 when it was meant to be $50. Called customer service and they wouldn't refund - insane prices for poor service.

They enroll you in a membership and charge you as quietly as possible. No emails no receipts. There’s no link to cancel. These ppl are CROOKS.

Dr. Stacey Mitchell Doyle is her name!!!! One of the worse doctors I have ever seen in my life. I go in on telehealth and state I’ve been sick for 3 weeks think I need antibiotics and she makes an ugly face and then goes u don’t need antibiotics. Like instantly wasn’t even listening to me tried saying I have a cold. Ur dumb I went to a real doctor and I have bronchitis and was prescribed antibiotics so honestly I’d be mindful going to any of these doctors this women is a goofy and fraud. I think the jiu jitsu is getting to her head😂 so unprofessional and u were so wrong someone need to validate her license fr she a hazard to society

I have no recollection of this company. I do not see them as a vendor in my list of companies used. Yet somehow they charged my credit card 4 months in a row for zero service. When I created an account, their records show zero information about providing service. I canceled the card. Thanks PlushCare for $80 worth of nothing.

Dr. Aastha Jasrotia did not show up. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes and when I finally got ahold of someone from customer support, they informed me there were no more appointments available for today or the next day.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Shahzad. He arrived about 15 minutes late to my appointment, yet later cut the visit short, saying he had another patient to see. This felt inappropriate given that he was already late to my scheduled time. It was also clear that he did not read the detailed notes I submitted before the appointment. I had to repeatedly restate my concerns, and even then, he dismissed them without proper consideration. Throughout the visit, Dr. Shahzad was condescending, dismissive, impatient, and rude. He interrupted me multiple times, did not listen when I explained my concerns, and repeatedly insisted on his original position despite being shown relevant information. He also made incorrect statements, and when I tried to clarify, he doubled down rather than acknowledging or reconsidering. Overall, I felt talked down to, not taken seriously, and disrespected as a patient. This was not a collaborative or professional interaction, and it significantly undermined my trust in his care.
