Started PlushCare as a free trial. However, with doctors like Brittany Kunza, MD. and Dr. Burruss onboard, why would we go anywhere else. They are amazing

On Friday afternoon, I started to feel symptoms of a light cold which I ignored, however by 7PM Friday night, I had a temperature over 100°. I then took a COVID test which came back positive. By 8 PM, I was feeling worse and my fever was rising. I did some online research and found PlushCare. I was able to get a video appointment that night with Dr Magid, who was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Dr. Magid went through my symptoms and told me what to watch out for and when to get emergency help. She also found a pharmacy near my house that was open - at MIDNIGHT - and that had the medication in stock. AND, all of this was covered by my insurance because PlushCare is “in network” with Aetna. I paid $0 out-of-pocket for the appointment and COVID medication. Thank you PlushCare and Dr Magid. I’m vaccinated and my fever still got up to 103°. If it wasn’t for the advise and medication that I got for Dr. Magid , then I would have had to go to the hospital ER (I live in the city but there are no 24hour minor emergency centers in my area). You saved me and my family a huge hospital bill and probably kept me from getting sicker, because I would not have gone to the hospital until there was no other option.

I was skeptical at first. However, everything went smoothy and I was very satisfied.

Joe is amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The entire staff at Pacifica Care is beyond awesome. They are incredibly efficient and can get you seen quickly. I have nothing but 5 stars.
