Testing positive for Covid on a holiday weekend left me few options. PlushCare to the rescue. I was able to meet with a doctor late in the evening, and was prescribed a medication. Unfortunately for me, my local pharmacy where I had the prescription sent was closed, but PlushCare service representatives helped me transfer the prescription not once, but twice…on a holiday! I appreciate that I could read the professional training of the doctors before selecting one, and was impressed with their background, training and experience. If I am in need of a telehealth doctor in the future you can be assured I will use PlushCare!

I enrolled in PlushCare because it was going to be 7 days before I could get into see my Kaiser doctor. I was able to schedule a same day appointment on PlushCare. By the end of the day I'd spoken to a doctor and had a prescription filled for an ear infection. The cost for the visit was comparable to what I would have paid to go to Kaiser Urgent Care. PlushCare provided me a prescription discount card. An $85 antibiotic cost me $18 with the discount card. The doctor I spoke to during the video visit listened and provided me with great information to care for the ear infection. Overall great experience.
