I love that she ask me what was going on with me? She also ask did I have any question that I need to be answer. She also explain to me what not to take with my medication that I needed refill, because I take other medicine and address all my needs. My refill was done within minutes of getting off virtual l really appreciated her and her colleagues for making me feel welcome Thanks a lot❤️💕

Returned to US from international trip and tested positive for COVID between flights. Do not have a dr in NYC. Called PlushCare and got an appointment within hours - they took my insurance and copay was low. The paperwork was easy and the website WORKED. We needed immediate care and luckily found PlushCare. Our in person primary care providers were booked out, and could not see us for days. This put us at risk for expensive hospitalization and lengthy care. As it turns out, we received the medications needed to avert complications.

I am visiting family from Germany with no US health insurance. Came down with Covid and wanted to fight this. I was provided Paxlovid and medicine for my cough. After 48 hours of taking the medicine I am feeling much better. Glad this is available to those that can't leave their homes due to sickness and provided good medical care.
