PlusCup – Personalized Videos for Kids & AdultsReviews of pluscup.com

I ordered 2 videos for my sons upcoming birthday, they were sent by email by the next day (i did pay for the quicker processing time). I had contacted them by email as the first arrived without the second and the reply was pretty much instant alongwith the second video so massive thankyou to Anna who helped! The quality is brilliant and i cant wait to see my sons face when he watches them. Will 100% use again and would 100% recommend this anyone! 10 out of 10. Thankyou!

I just love this personalised video for my grandsons birthday, I can’t wait for him to see it he loves Toy Story, definitely a must for next year, and I will do the same for my granddaughter on her birthday.

The quality is terrible, the mouth of the character doesn’t line up with the words they are saying and the prerecorded message from the standard video doesn’t make sense when the personal message is included - it is repetitive then and clear no one took much time on it without reviewing it.

Video is absolutely amazing, brought tears to my eyes! Cannot wait to show my daughter on her birthday. Great service and communication.

My granddaughter loved her video. The video was delivered in one business day and shared in a high quality format

The video was about 4 minutes and 30 seconds long, which was great and much longer than I expected! I honestly lost count of how many times my son watched it. He was so excited to see his favorite characters from Toy Story wishing him a happy birthday… it made his day! We did have a slight error with our video, but customer support was quick to respond and corrected the issue shortly after we notified them. Overall, we were very happy with the experience, and seeing how excited my son was made it all worth it!

The best birthday present ever for my son's 3rd birthday, his reaction was everything, soo priceless

She loved it and it’s absolutely all she talks about lately, up to 3 times a day most days. It’s usually mama can you ply the video elsa sent me! She sure loves it so thank you for making her 3rd birthday so special💜
