Great videos and customer service! I ordered two for my nephews who both have birthdays in the same month. One was the personalized Elmo video, which turned out great and was delivered within an hour. The only thing I did happen to notice about the Elmo video, which was similar to what some other customers had written in their reviews, was that his mouth didn’t move along with the message. But my nephew was turning two so he didn’t happen to notice and loved video. The other video I had ordered was the Spidey video, which had multiple incorrect pronunciations of my nephew’s name and of my own family members’ names during the message. I emailed their customer service and requested a correction, along with voice memos of the correct pronunciations of everyone’s names, and they were able to make those corrections to the video within 24 hours. So overall, we were very happy with these cute birthday videos and will definitely order it again!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this! My 5 year old was stunned by the KPOP personal video. We have it on repeat in our house. Thank you! We played the video at her birthday party and every single kid was hooked :) The quality is fantastic, the service is quick, the order was easy to make. I absolutely recommend this service!

Absolutely brilliant company. Placed an order for a 6th birthday video for my granddaughter and order was fulfilled with the hour - then I realised I had got it wrong and needed order for a 7th.
