I ordered the Snow White video for my Daughter's 3rd Birthday. I did not receive the video within 3 business days and had emailed to make enquiries. However did not got get a reply and my little girl Birthday had pasted. Finally got an email back to say they had trouble with video. I asked for a refund as the her Birthday had now gone. They advised they completely understand and will still the send the video but nothing about a refund. I had received the video now but how can i show that to my Little girl when her Birthday has now passed. Will be emailing back to requesting for a refund again.

Communication is awesome! Quick response, was able to contact for changes right away. Will definitely recommend this

My dad bought a happy birthday video from stitch and honestly it turned out so much better than I could ever had imagined! Thankyou so much!

We did the blaze video for my son's 6th birthday and he was mind blown and LOVED IT!! He was so shocked that blaze and his monster truck team knew him and wished him a happy birthday. It was a such a special magical moments to see his eyes light up with magic. The quality is great and said his name right and was very entertaining to watch. I small gift cost for a big magical finish! it was like santa gave it to him, So cute to watch his expression.

The videos are very well made. My grandson will be amazed. I got the Bluey and the Elsa videos and my grandsons name and photo appear on the screen and family members names mentioned. There is a happy birthday song also. Truly magical. I can’t wait for him to see them.
