Ozone kit add on to existing system
Updated review: Nathan was EXTREMELY responsive to correct and resolve the situation. He and I actually had the opportunity to try to work together to resolve an issue many cold plunge owners may have and aren’t aware of, the tubing and fitting size of their cold pod. Apparently, ozone kits are for 3/4” tubing and fittings, while my cold pod has 1/2” tubing and fittings. Nathan informed me they, as well as everyone else in the industry, is aware of this challenge and have tried to come up with a solution. Being in the water treatment business for almost a decade, ozone is a fantastic, simple and low maintenance solution. Despite putting our heads together and coming up with various possibilities, we weren’t able to come up with an effective solution at this time. I hope, pray and trust Nathan and Kristin will come up with a solution for this predicament. I WILL certainly be their first customer for this ozone kit. Thank you again Nathan and Kristin for your follow up, customer service and willingness to correct the initial issue. It CERTAINLY did not go unnoticed. Original review: Purchased the ozone kit to add to our existing cold pod and filter. It does not come with the 3/4” ID (inner diameter) tubing. That would be fine if I could find this size tubing with the length of 1 feet. But instead Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. sell it in 50 - 100 feet at $28+. Would be EXTREMELY beneficial to include (1) foot of the tubing and charge an extra $5. I see y’all have it included in the $300+ whole kit, but we don’t need all that.

Tracy, we appreciate the feedback and completely understand the frustration of running into an unexpected snag. However, we do want to clarify for anyone reading this: the ozone kit is not designed to include 3/4" flex spa hose, as every customer's setup is different in terms of hose length and routing. We actually do sell 3/4" flex spa PVC hose in short sections (4", 10ft and 12 ft.) right on our website at a reasonable price, specifically so customers don't have to buy 50+ feet from a home improvement store. We also want to acknowledge that your situation turned out to be more complex than a simple tubing fix. Because your existing setup used 1/2" plumbing throughout, we worked with you extensively to find a compatible solution. While we weren't able to land on one that fit your specific configuration, we're processing a full return for you and waiving the return shipping fee completely. We're a small, Texas-based team and we genuinely care about every customer's experience. We're sorry this one didn't go more smoothly, and we hope you'll give us another shot down the road.
