Stopped working after a year, complicated repair
One of the four fans stopped working after a year. They sent a new one that I replaced but the replacement process is intense and complicated and something must have gone wrong. The unit won't turn on anymore. Worked for 13 months, used it all the time and then it stopped working. Spent $900 on it.

Thanks for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry the repair turned into more of a headache than it should have been. When your fan went out we sent a replacement along with instructions, and you're right that the swap can be an involved process. We hate that it left you without a working unit. Even though the chiller is outside its warranty window, we want to help get you back up and running. Please go ahead and ship it to us. We'll do a full inspection, attempt to figure out what happened, and do everything we can to get it working again.
