HORRIBLE customer service regarding repairs. I've been trying for weeks to get my warranty approved, through my Extended Warranty purchased through PLUNGE, and i continue getting the run-around. I even scheduled a meeting on their support site to discuss, which was then canceled without any opportunity for discussion. Hope you NEVER need ANY support from these guys. I'm shopping for a new Plunge now and throwing this one away.

I do not recommend this product. What makes this frustrating is that after six months of use, the plunge itself has actually been solid. Once operational, it’s been a tank and has worked well. My main issue isn’t that the plunge arrived broken. Stuff happens, especially when companies scale quickly. My issue is the customer experience after the sale and how difficult and slow it was to get to a resolution. The All-In Gen 2 arrived not functioning and it took seven weeks to get it running. Every support exchange took days to get a response. Each interaction felt slow and without urgency despite the fact that I had paid premium pricing for a nonworking product. Support repeatedly had me troubleshoot the unit myself and at one point even sent detailed instructions asking me to install a replacement control board on my own. Absolutely not. In my opinion, customers should not be repairing premium products that arrive defective, and I was not comfortable taking on that responsibility. I escalated to management hoping for a different outcome and instead felt dismissed. The conversation was short, not helpful, and the message I walked away with was essentially: wait for the fix or return it and pay a 25% restocking fee, even though the product arrived broken. That was after already waiting weeks. To be fair, the third-party service technician (contractor) who ultimately helped was excellent. Once I finally got connected with someone focused on solving the problem, the issue was fixed. This could have been scheduled in the first week and likely repaired within two weeks instead of taking seven weeks to get resolved. The best way I can describe the experience is this: I paid premium pricing expecting premium/first class service and instead felt like I had purchased the Spirit Airlines version of customer support. The product may eventually get you where you want to go, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect urgency or ownership. If your unit works out of the box, you’ll probably love it. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying one.

Though we loved our plunging experience while it lasted, we have been disappointed in the reliability of the Plunge All in One. We purchased this in Dec 2024. In the past 14-16 months it has been out of service for at minimum 6 of those months. We have had the compressor leaking (repaired by a Plunge service tech in spring of 2025. Soon after we then had a leak in the filter housing. This came at the end of the 12 month warranty period. Once I got a ticket submitted, I was informed I was outside the warranty, and nothing was covered. After receiving and installing a new filter housing, we had the Plunge back for approx. 4 weeks. 4 weeks after that repair, a leak now emerged coming out of the bottom of the fan/cooling coils. It does not STOP. I have asked for a refund but that was not offered. Still waiting for the engineering team to figure out what is causing this fourth leak. We would love this investment back!!! Total Disappointment!

The water pump quits after about 3 months. The support is horrible!!! A pump went out again, after 6 months of use. Trying to order a part has gotten worse, and I thought that wasn't possible based on previous interactions. There is no customer service, only non-reply emails, I cant even email the support so I have a record. Only through their sight which does not give me a copy of anything. These people sell shoddy parts that dont last at high prices. a stupid pump is like $300!!!! So buyer beware. I'm sure the reason they went so non customer interaction is because there are so many complaints. Well guess what plunge, Now I'm taking it public. I'll look for everywhere I can to warn about your crap product and crap service and crap parts! I can get water pump much stronger for less than 100, but Then it would not fit. Well I bought 3 units, much too my dismay, and I would never get involved with this company. They are just charlottons.

I purchased 2 cold plunges for our studio in Miami. Unfortunately I didnt realize it was going to take a year to get permit approvals which was my fault. Upon finally unpacking and using our plunge one of the plunges leaks from under the filter. I reached out to Plunge and their AI bot responded that its past the 1 year warranty. I will need to purchase a new plunge and try to get reimbursed through an outside extended warranty company. The only interaction is through their site and emails which are obviously AI. They seem solely focused on marketing, selling product but have 0 concern for their customers. AND I invested $5k into their funding round and still get ignored. The worst customer experience by far. I would be Happy to remove this 1-star review if they do the right thing and help me out. I'm happy to pay some money towards a fix.

First and foremost. The product works. When you use it; you will become addicted. I can’t even begin to explain how bad of support the company has. I bought a second plunge after my first one crapped out. They had a faulty system and my internet didn’t ping to the plunge so they voided my warranty. After a month of emails back and forth (they won’t talk on the phone) I went to the COO and head of customer relations. They finally got back to me. Now I am here sitting for a week and a half trying to schedule a technician to install a new chiller (prepaid the $750 technician visit) and no timeline in sight. The entire process has been one of the most maddening experiences of my life. I have contemplated getting my attorney involved because the product is so good. It is a catch 22 but don’t fall in love because once it goes out (which it will) you are in serious trouble.

Steer clear of this company!!!!!!!! This is the second review of this disastrous company. It has now been over one year and about 150 emails going back and forth with their online help. Last I left it on my last review, they had agreed to send a technician to come out. He texted me once and then ghosted me. When I emailed the company again, they were not helpful and now that it's spring in the Midwest, we have begun communicating again. They first asked me to redo everything we spent over four months going over, and I said no, because I was done being their technician and unpaid employee, and that they should send out the technician. They now won't do it because my "warranty is up." So, I have spent $800 on additional parts (at their prompting) and countless hours doing their technician work in order to have a product that hasn't worked in over a year. So if you buy from them, you better hope nothing ever goes wrong.
