My wife had major back surgery 4 years ago. Post surgery her recovery routine includes a daily Plunge every morning. Her recovery and quality of life is night and day. Plunge works and has become part of our daily routine. We are committed to wellness and Plunge is our partner to make it happen.

So, I am one of the earlier owners of the Plunge. I saw them on Shark Tank and, at the time, my interest in cold plunging was just beginning. Fast forward a bit and when the time came to buy a unit, I fell in love with the aesthetics and features of the "all-in" unit and made the "plunge". Out of all the purchases I have made for my wellness, cold plunging has been one of the best. While I appreciate some of the research may be anecdotal, it has helped my arthritis immensely. It also is a great start to the day and a compliment to my morning coffee. I will say my Plunge has not been without issues. Any product running 24/7 that incorporates pumps, chillers, sensors, sanitation and filtration has a ton of moving parts. These are not simple units, imagine marrying your homes refrigerator, ice maker, water filter and bathtub together, things will happen. Plunge has done well with handling repairs, their local tech is incredible (in NC) and repaired items always appear to be improved, which means they are improving every time.

As an early adopter of Plunge I’ve had some issues with my tub over the years but I have to commend them for hearing me out and addressing my concerns to find a solution and keep me as a happy Plunge customer. That’s a critical point for me when investing into a brand to make sure they stand behind their product even years after my initial purchase!

On multiple occasions, The Plunge has graciously covered issues under warranty that should not have been. This company is a pleasure to work with Would highly recommend.

I own a Plunge Sauna Mini. Although the product itself has had some issues, the customer service team has been quick to fix them. I would and have recommended it to many friends.

I’m obsessed with the the Plunge all in Gen 2. Bought it before my hip replacement surgery and it dramatically helped reduce my inflammation and significantly increased my mental toughness before the surgery. Started with 1:30 at 50 degrees and I’m up to 3 min at 48 degrees. Taking the bath twice a day and look forward to using it post surgery. Great product in first week of use.
