Anthony N.
onstant leaks, damaged floors, and a warranty that's a waste of money
I bought the Plunge All-In and it has been nothing but problems from the start. The unit has leaked repeatedly — not once or twice, but numerous times — and those leaks have damaged my flooring on multiple occasions. Today my Plunge sits empty and no longer functions at all. When I tried to use the warranty I paid for, my claim was denied. In my experience, the third-party warranty company Plunge uses will look for any small loophole to avoid paying for repairs. I submitted documentation supporting my claim and got nowhere — the phone line is an endless loop with no way to reach an actual person. In my opinion, the extended warranty is a complete waste of money. Customer service has been horrible throughout. And this isn't just my experience: three of my neighbors also bought the Plunge All-In, every one of them has had the same problems, and all of our units are now empty and non-functional. Four out of four in one neighborhood. Do your research before buying. I wish I had. I cannot recommend this product or this company to anyone.
