I purchased one of the first generation Cold plunges from this company approximately three years ago and use it daily. It was a white glove delivery so they set it up, plugged it in and off they went and within 24 hours I was cold plunging it’s been outside sitting in the Arizona sun for 36 months so there is, some wear and tear on it from the sun not on the fiberglass but little on the equipment, I’m a little bit Handy and was able to do the slight repairs that needed to keep it up and running perfectly itself, luxurious and well-made and designed with great engineering. I recently came into some poor health and was unable to fix it myself so I reached out to the Plunge Service department and let them know my plight and after , a few attempts of trying to fix it myself, and a few conversations with their service department they UPS me a host of new parts certainly not inexpensive ones and then sent out there very experienced white glove, top notch, repair man and basically rebuilt my Cold Plunge for free after its been out of warranty for several years, so if you want great experience a competitively priced product and a company that will be there for years after you purchase it to guide you and help you with any issues that come up, you won’t want to purchase a Cold Plunge from anybody else but Cold Plunge company itself, special shout out to Mike, the owner and his host of great employees .

Plunge.com is a 5 star plus company. I purchased my plunge about 3 years ago. I live on St Pete Beach in Florida and were affected by both hurricanes recently. One of the storms flooded my house and I lost everything, including my plunge! I contacted Plunge and they sent me out the parts to fix my unit for free and even offered a tech to fix it for me. I can't say enough about this company. The mgt and the owners know what they are doing and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Please if considering buying and investing in a cold plunge, buy from this reputable company! Thank you again for getting me back up and running!

Customer Service is AMAZING!! I can't go a day without using my Plunge, often twice per day. On Friday, I cleaned our plunge and when I refilled it, we had no water flow. The customer service team followed up on my email within minutes and had someone at my house the next day (a Saturday) by 11am and they were able to fix the issue. Fixed in less than 24hrs and I didn't even miss a day! Above and beyond service, you have a customer for life!!!

I would like to acknowledge two exceptional team members at the Plunge company. We ordered our eloquent Plunge machine & encountered a few issues in the beginning. I had some trouble getting in touch with the right people for a period of time. However, sales & business development representative AJ Barker went out of her way to be our customer service liaison and put us directly into contact with Billy Duran, Director of Customer Support. Billy was timely & creative in helping us find a resolution to a standing issue we had. He went above and beyond to serve us & he’s truly outstanding amongst the company.
