The warranty review process got backed-up, but Kristin set time with me to let me know that they will be sending me a new chiller. Appreciative of her and her team for making things right.

I’ve had my Plunge Gen 1 for several years, and yes, I purchased the extended warranty—which has saved the day more than once. Over the years, Plunge has replaced the light, pump, and temperature probe. Most recently, the chiller failed, and they are replacing the chiller, pump, and converter. At this point, I’m basically getting a new Plunge, minus the tub! The customer service has been amazing. The Plunge team even worked directly with the warranty company to secure all the necessary approvals. I love my Plunge and use it every day. I was tempted to purchase an all-in-one unit from another brand, but I decided not to test my luck. Plunge has been good to me, so I’m remaining a loyal customer—even though I really wanted an all-in-one model. I still have two years remaining on my extended warranty, and hopefully I won’t need to use it again. But based on my experience, purchasing the extended warranty was absolutely worth it.

After dealing with a lost part from FedEx, Plunge promptly sent me a new one, I just told them I’d send the original back if it ever showed. Been a customer since 2023, I plunge everyday, and at age 52 I tell everyone I know it reverses aging. If you haven’t purchased a Plunge, I highly recommend doing so!!!

I use my plunge pod with Standard XL Chiller almost everyday. It really helps with recovery after a tough Crossfit workout. The Pod works great for me as I like to step into the cold water at first rather than laying down. I'm tall and this configuration works great. I also really enjoy the app integration and the customer service and responsiveness from the company has been great.
