Love my sauna. Customer service has been absolutely amazing after receiving my sauna. Was there for me each step of the way to answer any questions I had.

Got my sauna last week and had some minor assembly issues, Caitlin from customer support got me set up in no time and I’m loving it!

Plunging has become to best addition to my recovery game. Anytime I feel sore from a run, workout, etc., I’ll hit the plunge and I instantly feel refreshed and ready to take on my next workout. It’s also improved my mental strength - I mean getting into an ice cold plunge first thing in the morning would test anyone’s mental state - but once you do it, you are reminded of how capable you are. Not to mention it’s a great way to wake up! I highly recommend taking the plunge.

As a marathon runner, plunging has helped my recovery immensely. Plunge club events are my favorite!

I absolutely love my plunge! I've had it for two years and use it every day. I lost my tool the company supplies you to get the filter off. I called customer service and they sent me a new one the next day, at no cost!! Also, when my son was taking the cover off one day, he didn't unclip two of the clips and thought he could slide the cover off, well, it broke one of the clips. So, once again I called customer service. They called me back, and emailed me, letting me know the new clips were in the mail, again at no cost! The company is great and so is their product!! I'm thinking of buying another one for my daughter's house!! Highly recommend this product and this company!!

I've been a plunge user for a while now and have been thrilled with their cold plunge products. I would highly recommend their cold plunges to anyone in the market.

Highly recommend! I absolutely love my plunge! I’ve had it outside in the San Francisco Maritime climate for two years and it’s still running strong. No problems. Great customer service great product. What an amazing way to end a stressful day and get flooded with dopamine. It’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself. I simply can’t be in a bad mood afterwards. And now I am seriously considering getting the sauna too.
