Wonderful product. I am so glad I went with Plunge. I went with the Pod version in order to save space and it's perfect. Very comfortable to sit in, outside of the ice cold water of course. I always feel refreshed and ready to start my day. I did have a question on the app but when I called a young man named Billy answered, he was exceptional, he quickly answered my question. Very impressed with the overall experience. Thank you.

The plunge purchase was well worth it. As someone with a weakened immune system, I have noticed that I am not encountering sicknesses, ailments and pain nearly as much. I'm still getting used to the cold water shock, but this product has been extremely beneficial for me.
Response from PlungeSep 24, 2025
Hi Quandel, Wow, that is so amazing to hear! It is truly amazing the impact that cold plunging, contrast therapy and our products can have and we absolutely love hearing about it. A little cold water shock to assist with your ailments and is something a trade-off we fully believe in. Thanks so much once again, Quandel. Here's to keeping you feeling well! - Plunge Customer Support

We run 12 commercial Plunges across our locations, and they’ve been incredible. The ability to log in, view live data, and control everything from your phone makes management simple and stress-free. They’re whisper quiet, beautifully designed, and built to last. One of the best features is the option to switch from Cold Plunge to hot tub giving us flexibility for our clients. On top of that, their team is highly responsive with support and answers emails quickly whenever we need help. Without question, one of the best Cold Plunge systems on the market today.

I absolutely love my cold plunge! It has quickly become part of my daily routine, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. The benefits are incredible—my energy levels are higher, my recovery time after workouts is faster, and my mood feels lifted every time I step out. It’s refreshing, invigorating, and leaves me feeling reset for the day. I never imagined something so simple could have such a huge impact on my overall well-being. Without a doubt, my cold plunge is my favorite purchase to date!
