The product is top notch and unbelievable best decision I made. Been cold plunging for years and this is by far the best on the market. My only issue was the communication. It took a month to arrive. The issue was they were updating the software. But it took me 6-7 phone calls to find out what the delay was. Spending 10 k I feel like I should have been notified. But the tub is awesome! Happy I made the purchase.
