We bought the All in One cold plunge and have had nothing but problems. Have had it for under one year and it has been down 4 times for multiple weeks every time. Today someone came to repair and left with it unresolved once again. Been down for over a month this time.
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Don’t waste your money on this product.

I purchase my unit back in 2023 and the chiller died in 2025. Plunge was so helpful and personal they took care of everything having to do with the warranty. Well....... the 2nd chiller stopped cooling. I experience and completely different company ( they rely on AI and email not the in person experience anymore AT ALL). It took to many emails , had to pay for the parts and service up front and now I am awaiting a response from the warranty company , who by the way does not make it easy at ALL! If had to buy another plunge I WOULD NOT buy from them again. TERRIBLE customer services now ...to many processes to go through with no personal touch. Their personal touch is what made them before and now they got rid of it.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MY ALL-IN PLUNGE
I bought an All-In Plunge in 2024. It has leaked since the day it was installed, and it still leaks.
Over three years, Plunge's customer service has given me a string of band-aid fixes: swapped parts, reseals, and service visits. None of them stopped the leaks for good. Each "fix" bought a few weeks at most, and then the leaking came back.
I took this all the way to the CEO. The only result was faster service, which meant more replacement parts for a unit that has been defective from the start. I have argued from day one that this unit is a lemon. Plunge has never treated it as one.
I also bought an extended warranty from a third party because I expected more problems. Having to do that for a premium product tells you how little confidence I have left in it.
I held off on writing this review because I expected Plunge to make it right. They haven't. For the price, a buyer should get a unit that holds water and a company that stands behind it. I've had neither.
What I'm asking for: a full replacement of my All-In Plunge. Not more parts, and not another service visit.

Very interesting result from my review…
Very interesting result from my review of Plunge last week. Plunge responded within within hours of me writing a review of their company. The leaking issue of my chiller that started within the first few months never got close to that kind of response. The issue was never resolved, unit finally failed completely. I requested a phone call back to discuss. Certainly no response to that request! If you can’t service what you sell, you shouldn’t sell it! In their response to my review, they were supposedly going to look into my claim that I tried to get the initial leak issue resolved.
That was last week, no response as of today?? Only that the unit is out of warranty today.

I bought my Plunge about two years ago…
I bought my Plunge about two years ago because I thought I was buying one of the best cold plunges on the market. I spent the extra money AND bought the extended warranty because I wanted peace of mind.
About six months ago, it quit working.
Since then, it has been email after email after email. They’ve had me diagnose the unit myself, take videos, send videos, perform more tests, answer more questions, and continue going in circles. At some point I finally told them, “I’m done playing mechanic on a cold plunge. I bought an extended warranty. Send somebody out who knows how to fix it.”
I was finally told that because I purchased the extended warranty, my situation would be submitted for review. I thought, FINALLY, somebody is going to handle this.
Nope.
Now the extended warranty process has me diagnosing the machine AGAIN and essentially asking me to become the technician, or I can spend almost $4,000 replacing the entire cooling/freezing component.
My Plunge has been down for roughly SIX MONTHS.
That is my experience, and people need to know it before spending this kind of money.
I bought what I believed was one of the most popular premium cold plunges because I thought paying more would mean better equipment, better service, and better support when something went wrong. Instead, I have spent months getting passed around and being asked to troubleshoot a product that I specifically purchased an extended warranty to protect.
DO NOT BUY A PLUNGE based on my experience.
If you’re considering spending thousands of dollars on one, understand what my experience has been when mine stopped working. I didn’t buy an extended warranty so I could become their repair technician. I bought it because I expected the company and warranty provider to stand behind the product when something went wrong.
Six months later, I still don’t have a working cold plunge.

John, we understand your frustration with the repair process. XCover is a separate company that administers extended-warranty claims and makes its own coverage and payment decisions. Plunge provides technical findings and repair documentation but does not control those decisions. Concerns about XCover’s claim requirements should be directed to XCover. Your review also raises concerns about Plunge’s support, and those deserve a separate response. We’re sorry the distinction between the two processes was not clearer.

Extremely Disappointing Product and Warranty Support
Extremely Disappointing Product and Warranty Support
I purchased my Plunge last Christmas, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. Before I had even had an opportunity to use it regularly, the company reduced its prices by thousands of dollars. I contacted Plunge to ask whether they would honor any type of price adjustment, but they refused.
More importantly, my unit has now been inoperable for several weeks despite having been used very little and being properly maintained. Trying to obtain warranty service has been an absolute nightmare. There is no practical way to speak directly with someone who can resolve the problem. Everything must be handled through email, resulting in endless back-and-forth correspondence with multiple representatives who repeatedly request the same information.
I have provided everything they have asked for, including documentation, photographs, invoices, and answers to their troubleshooting questions. Yet weeks later, the unit still does not work, no meaningful repair has been completed, and I continue to receive the runaround.
At this point, the repeated delays and duplicate requests give me the impression that the company is attempting to avoid honoring its warranty rather than genuinely working toward a resolution. A product at this price point should be supported by responsive, dependable customer service—especially when it has barely been used.
I cannot recommend purchasing from Plunge based on my experience. An expensive unit is only as valuable as the company’s willingness to stand behind it, and so far, Plunge has failed to do that.
