Hi Anthony, The energy increase is real! One of the first things many of our customers talk about when first getting into their cold plunging routines. The inflammation reduction recovery benefits should show themselves upon more continued use, also! Thanks again for the great review, Anthony. Happy plunging! -Plunge Customer Support
