ordered and paid for a over $9k for a plunge over 2 months ago. I was promised it will get delivered to me within 3 weeks. after 2 months, no one would return my calls and only communicated via email. they kept telling me it is on the way. Found out the shipping company never picked up my order from plunge. I had to put in a credit card dispute to get my refund. do not trust this company. please do your due diligence before giving them your money.

We have had our plunge less than a year. We own the XL. The chiller broke. We called 6 days ago about it. Sent in pictures and videos like they requested. Was supposed to respond in 24/48 hrs. No response. Called again yesterday and waited on the phone for an hour to talk to a manager. The customer rep said the manager said they would call me back and didn’t want to keep me waiting. No one called me back. They said they can’t contact the service department via phone and just have to keep submitting requests for service. We explained it’s been longer than 24/48 hrs and they say because there are so many service tickets they can’t keep up. At this point our plunge is useless and we have no idea when it will be fixed.

The Plunge XL Pro is garbage and their service is worse. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. They delivered a plunge 48 hours ago yes!!! I said 48 hours ago. We set it up as instructed and pump never turned on. After 24 hours of fighting with service they basically determined through pictures NOTA a technician the power to the pump was out. They then sent me an order for the part and an oops we are sorry that part is on back log with many customers and it will be weeks before it ships to me. ( I wonder why so many pkunge owners need this part). So in essence they willfully sold and shipped us a broken plunge with inadequate parts. Never sent out anyone to actually check what’s wrong wit h the BRAN NEW $5000 order. O said that’s ok YOU can send the same truck after the first impression of your product we don’t want it it’s clearly garbage and your company is terrible service. They then said they would have to charge us the shipping fee to ship back a broken device that arrived BROKEN lol. Talk about the nail in the coffin for this awful company. Do yourself a favor stay clear of this company. I’ll update as the saga is 48 hours.

Very disappointed with this ice bath and the service, takes them 2 weeks to reply and still can’t fix the problem. Don’t buy

The plunge all in has problems. I really wanted this product to work as advertised. My plunge all in sprung a leak at the filter and ruined my floor. After a month plunge had a tech change the entire filter assembly. Thirty days later same problem. This is ridiculous for a $10,000 product.

For just the product I would rate it a 4. It works well but is noisy. Because of my mistake not researching enough, I figured out that I couldn’t use it in freezing temperatures even with it constantly running. I gave it 1 star because of their customer service. I received poor customer service to get the parts I needed to upgrade my machine to be able to use in cold weather. I continued to receive poor customer service when I had questions about the installation. After the installation it now circulates a large amount of air, which is extremely noisy. This wouldn’t be a problem except mine is right outside of my bedroom. Again I got poor customer service. I was told that this is normal after the update. Which to me is just basically a lazy way of saying, yes we know it does this but we don’t know how to fix it. You should be able to purge the air from the system, or at least most of it. If you don’t care about noise and don’t have any problems it’s not a bad machine. Otherwise I would not recommend it.

Since getting my plunge all-in in January 2024 it has had 3 major failures. The first required the control panel be replaced. Customer support is intermittent so it takes days for them to respond back masking the turn around take a couple weeks Recently, my plunge no longer cools—it is actually heating up now. It's set for 45 degrees but has gotten as warm as 92 degrees. When I alerted customer service, their response (after 3 days) was to change the filter! Really?? Needless to say, that was not the issue. They ended up shipping me all new components including a compressor (about $4k worth of parts) The technician (very good and very responsive btw) came out and installed all the new mechanics He said he couldn't find anything wrong with the parts he removed—not surprising since the unit is only 5 months old. After installing all new parts and refilling the plunge he left with the water temp at 67 and set to cool to 45. The next morning, the plunge was at 71 degrees and as of this am it's now 83 degrees! Customer service now says they need to send a technician to see why the compressor (brand new last week) is not kicking in and then they will order new parts (not sure which parts since they just replaced EVERYTHING last week) This unit is a lemon. I have heard from others that the all-in plunge is riddled with problems and requires technician visits far in excess of the other models So dear Plunge company, time to resolve this by replacing my plunge with something that actually works or give me a full refund! If I had wanted a hot tub, I would have bought a hot tub—and one that actually gets hot enough to be a hot tub. At present I have a big bath tub that doesn't get hot or cold! Very very disappointed. If you decide to purchase one anyway, make sure to get an extended warranty. Customer service is EXTREMELY slow to respond UPDATE 5/16/24 Technician came out again today and said that the new compressor is not working and suggests a 3rd compressor now! I contacted customer service to speak to someone in the repair department. After 30 minutes on the phone, they said I need to submit another detailed statement about the problem and send a bunch of pictures, etc. All stuff that I did over a month ago when this all started. No one there is wanting to take ownership of the issue with their unit that is still under warranty. downgraded my review to 1 star but would give zero if that were an option.

Sadly, after having my Plunge work for 2 days before completely crapping out I am DONE with this product. The Plunge came with a bad panel that took almost a month to get fixed. The repairs were done Friday AM. Repair folks were really good BTW. t worked all day Friday and Saturday, and now today Sunday it won't turn on at all. I had such high expectations and excitement for this product but that has all diminished. Now we'll see how they will handle the return/credit etc. The Plunge looks so nice but it seems like there are some very serious manufacturing issues. That said, my brother and his wife got one at the same time and lucky them it has worked as expected. Unfortunately for us this experience has just been SO disappointing. Trust me when I say I am really bummed because I wanted this to be a really wonderful journey.
