Hi Austin, I do so apologize that your zipper arrived weak and any delay in assistance that you experienced on your end. I am not currently seeing any orders under Austin Worrell, or support tickets under that name either. I can also assure you that these units are created shipped from Northern California and go through rigorous testing and QA to ensure these get to our customers ready to be enjoyed. Craig, We want to start by acknowledging that you’ve had a truly frustrating experience, and we’re really sorry it’s unfolded this way. Between the initial defect, the delays, and the communication gaps, there have been multiple breakdowns — and we completely understand why you’re disappointed. From the time the door issue was first reported, we’ve been working to resolve it, but the standard fixes that typically work didn’t in your case. That led us to issue a full door replacement. There was also a timing gap while your sauna was in transition during your move, and we agreed to complete the repair once everything was reassembled. I know this has been a long journey and we are actively working to get this taken care of for you so you can start using your sauna again. We take full responsibility for the overall experience and are treating your situation as a serious learning opportunity. John, Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with repeated issues, especially when they lead to extended downtime. That’s never what we want for our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disruption this has caused. Looking at your account, we can see that most of the issues occurred within a concentrated timeframe. Primarily during the summer of 2024, when there were back-to-back failures, and again more recently. Unfortunately, the pump you needed was temporarily out of stock due to a delayed shipment from our manufacturer, which added more downtime than usual. We know how discouraging that must have felt, especially during a season when you were likely hoping to use your Plunge regularly. That said, based on what we’re seeing, it doesn’t appear your unit was down most of the time over the two years since purchase, but we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to connect in case there’s something we’ve missed. Your feedback helps us improve not just your experience, but how we support other customers moving forward.
