Plunge is a great option if you’re into cold or hot plunges. The tubes are modern and simple, everything can be done straight from your phone. Great management 👍🏼

Effortless. Great purchasing incentives and on going professional support from the owners. Stayed with me through this purchasing process all the way. Finally made the commitment and plunged right in!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews—but this one is earned. My experience with the PLUNGE support team was exceptional from start to finish. What could have been a routine replacement parts request turned into a masterclass in customer service. They responded quickly, handled everything efficiently, and made the entire process effortless on my end. What really set them apart: they didn’t just fulfill the request—they overdelivered. Extra parts were included without me asking, and a service representative personally called to confirm that everything was exactly what I needed. That level of follow-through is rare. In a world where most companies aim to meet expectations, PLUNGE clearly aims to exceed them—and they do. If this is how they handle support, it says everything about how they run their business. Well done.

I am a big cold plunge advocate and have had this pro plunge for 4 years - got the gen 1 as a fairly early adopter in 2022. Used daily - shakes off morning grogginess very quickly!!! Early gen 1 had some reliability issues over time but support was responsive when escalated and was able to get me back with a working plunge - now using gen 2 much more reliable. Appreciate the support escalation by the team and their engineering iteration to keep improving the product.
