Information was clear, product has excellent reviews and I quickly knew what I wanted for my specific needs and designated space. The special price offers on the first day I visited the website changed and then changed again…I worked with one of the customer service representatives on my purchase list and the specials that I’d seen and he managed to “cobble together” the perfect package…he really went above and beyond! I’ve now enjoyed my plunge for several weeks and use it daily (2 - 3 sessions of ~2.5 minutes each at 53 degrees). Melts away any soreness from tennis, golf or workouts.

I had an excellent experience with Plunge customer support, specifically with Caitlin Brubaker. During my sauna assembly, I ran into an issue where a bolt was missing and the instructions had an error that caused some confusion at final assembly. Caitlin jumped in right away, quickly understood the situation, and didn’t just give a generic response—she actually followed through. She stayed on it, confirmed the discrepancy in the instructions, and made sure the missing hardware was addressed without any hassle. What really stood out was her follow-up. She didn’t just close the ticket and move on, she checked back in to make sure everything was resolved and that I was good to go. That level of ownership and attention to detail is rare, and it made a frustrating moment during assembly a lot smoother. Big thanks to Caitlin and the Plunge team for backing their product with solid support.
