Fantastic support and servers are near perfect, couldn't ask for cheaper and superior services even if they were free! PloxHost is the true goat.

Bought a machine from them (hardware, not dedicated) and it arrived in decent condition (all problems were caused by shipping company, and they offered to refund the cost of the lost parts, but they were useless anyways). After I received my machine, got tons of quick help with setting everything up. 100% recommend :)

Honestly I love the pricing for this host. It gives what it actually offers, I love how there is a discord with the BEST SUPPORT STAFF TEAM EVER, They have helped me so much and are full of great people. The host itself is great and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone.

I ordered a 1GB server for me and my friend to play in coop. So far, the experience with the server is awesome. No noticeable lags with me and my friend online, just like hosting a local server on your own computer. CPU percentile barely makes it to 10% while 2 players online, so I assume they own a pretty good CPU's (at least, for my needs). The control panel feels a bit old, but as I can see you can control everything you want to. After all, the host provides a FTP access to your server, so if there's something missing in the control panel, you can always modify stuff through FTP. There were no problems with transferring my local server to PloxHost. Overall, this hosting feels pretty much secure and professional, which is great for their current (2020.09.20) pricing.

(Note this is on a 6gb plan 10 player slots) Service plans for the minecraft hosting seem to have gotten slower over the time of being with them, Ran a vanilla 1.16 server for awhile and noticed a lot of skipping ticks, switched it to a different jar that's suppose to help with performance, helped the skipping ticks but the tps started dropping which caused block lag but the console never got spammed or mentioned once skipping ticks. Server didn't have plugins nor datapacks. I don't recommend the minecraft hosting plans but i do recommend the dedicated plans but you'll have to contact them to list the parts and for them to give the price, Wish they could have some pre-selected ones that their techs can recommend for performance. Also the discord bot hosting plans are great but not really any guided steps to add its token, i had to go through every setting to finally find where the token is suppose to go, would be nice if that can be added to the auto setup in the future.
