After a rather slow start communicating was fairly effective. It did take a bit longer to be delivered than I thought but Peter advised me of the reason for delay. UPS was part of the problem as they had to switch delivery trucks

I ordered a .25" thick 10" x 10" x 10" plexiglass box, and that is exactly what I got-- the quality is great, and I'm very pleased with it.

I expected a vertical box with removable top. Instead got box with no front panel. It is unusable. I've ordered three boxes on two different orders and two out of three have been built incorrectly.

It took a long time but the cubes are beautiful. I hope you will be able to make the top I asked you about earlier today. And I am looking forward to the smaller cubes I ordered.

Too long delivery

Very easy process from the get go. I put the measurements that I needed in the online boxes and placed my order. The turn around time was not exceptionally long for a custom made box either. When I inquired about my order about halfway through I got a quick response with the expected ship date. I received an email with a tracking number when my order shipped so I knew exactly when it would arrive. The packaging was phenomenal, in fact, so good that I had a hard time getting it open. The polycarbonate box was the exact measurements I ordered and very well made. I could’t be more happy. Thank you so much!

Easy to order based on measurements, and then came well-packaged. Now it’s my project to make it do what I ordered it for!
