I ordered on line and had a few hick ups with the correct size. I think we are on the same page now

The corners are not square, the assembly is askew. We tried to use it despite it not fitting easily. The strain from attempting the fit caused stress cracks. Unfortunately will now need to order and pay for a second unit.

My custom made boxes were pretty good. Seams were a little messy and the lids did not fit tightly. At over $100 per box, I expected better workmanship and a better lid fitment. Also, it would have been nice to see a photo of the lid before I ordered. Maybe you should update your website?

The packing was excellent arrived safely. The dimensions were accurate enough. The bases were pretty much a deal breaker... very thin, without center support feet. They seem to be cut for the various material thicknesses offered resulting in a poor fit. They sag under the weight of some very light figures across the span of 12" or so, causing a gap. I have more than a dozen other display cases which all cost substantially less with much better bases. I am removing the adhesive rubber feet and mounting the bases to plywood for support to correct the sag, but they still don't fit the bases well. It is extremely unlikely I would buy from Pleximart again. I just couldn't remember where I was getting my custom cases made in the past, so I tried Pleximart this once.

The product received was 1/16” wider than what was ordered. It now sticks out over the edge it was designed for.

I ordered 2 acrylic panel but only received 1. Waiting for second panel to be delivered. I had to break the bad news to my client that delivery of their project will be delayed.
