I tried ordering a 5-sided acrylic box but there were no directions, descriptions, or indication of which of the 5 sides would remain open so the product I received had the incorrect dimensions and wasted hundreds of dollars on an unusable product. An opportunity to review a proof before fabrication would solve this problem. I tried chatting with customer service but I feel I did not receive adequate support or compensation for the error and lack of clarity on the part of Pleximart.

Been a month and I still havent recieved my order.

The product was good, however the communication in order to get the product details to the company was really poor. They only communicate through email! No phone calls, no live person to speak to. It's VERY hard to explain everything clearly through an email not to mention it takes 3 times the amount of time to relay the information. I emailed my phone number and requested that they call me several times and yet they continued to email. It took 4 days to get the order details ironed out which lead to me paying for overnight shipping which cost almost as much as the product itself!

Too long delivery

I waited nearly a month before my order of three large sheets of plexiglass arrived. When the order did arrive, it was missing one full sheet. The sheets that arrived were of good quality and cut to my specifications exactly. Two stars for lengthy wait time and missing the product. I've reached out to customer service for the missing panel and am happy to update this review depending on how my experience with customer service and the arrival of the missing sheet goes.

My order wasn't processed until after I emailed them asking why after 7 business days it hadn't shown any movement. For such a simple and small order, it should have been processed and in transit no later than 3 business days after ordering. That's being generous. When my customers order something from me, they get a tracking number the same day and movement showing by the next business day. No excuse for this oversight in orders.

Measurement mistake on my part but I ordered a custom box and only figured for one wall instead of two to give outside dimensions. Since I'm fitting the box around something I also specifically included what the inside dimensions need to be in the note (the correct measurement). For the price I paid I feel you should have read my note,checked, and contacted me for a correction before production. EDIT: please match your description of measurement labels with the ones in the form. Thanksyou

The lid doesn't fit well and the voting slot is uneven and very small.
