Extremely fast turnaround time for custom made acrylic cases, made exactly to your specifications. I was very happy for the quick delivery and the manner it was delivered: very padded inside a sturdy box and well-protected.

After a rocky start requesting a custom quote with no response for several days, the customer service afterwards was stellar. The white hinged box I ordered is exactly what I wanted. The hinges aren't 100% straight, but it doesn't detract from my satisfaction. I'm so happy that they offer custom sizes, although they are a bit pricey, and the shipping cost is very high.

The website states that returns are accepted within 7 days of the item's receipt, but it wasn't until after I had ordered that I found out from a customer service rep that not all items are eligible for returns. It should be made clear what is returnable and what is not.
