Needs better workmanship on custom order
My custom made boxes were pretty good. Seams were a little messy and the lids did not fit tightly. At over $100 per box, I expected better workmanship and a better lid fitment. Also, it would have been nice to see a photo of the lid before I ordered. Maybe you should update your website?

Custom Made is what I needed
It's great to have an acrylic riser that's the exact size I need. Shipping was costly but it was worth it to get the size I couldn't find anywhere online

The product was fantastic
The product was fantastic. The person I chatted with was also fantastic. I lowered 1 star because whomever sets your shipping rates is not being fair to customers who don't know better. I was quoted over $100 for shipping when I knew that was too high even with insurance and the size of the box/product. I used my own shipping account (UPS-2Day) and paid only about $25.

Not what I expected for the cost.
The packing was excellent arrived safely. The dimensions were accurate enough. The bases were pretty much a deal breaker... very thin, without center support feet. They seem to be cut for the various material thicknesses offered resulting in a poor fit. They sag under the weight of some very light figures across the span of 12" or so, causing a gap. I have more than a dozen other display cases which all cost substantially less with much better bases. I am removing the adhesive rubber feet and mounting the bases to plywood for support to correct the sag, but they still don't fit the bases well. It is extremely unlikely I would buy from Pleximart again. I just couldn't remember where I was getting my custom cases made in the past, so I tried Pleximart this once.

Almost perfect
Great! Not a long wait time, Shipment was well packaged,Might consider another type of shrink wrap to cover the acrylic cube, maybe paper under the shrink wrap It leaves a pattern that stays on the glass,Had to wipe it down with water and vinegar but still has residue! Overall product is beautiful!! Will order again!
