We do want to clarify that Plexaderm has not made a tube with a light-pink bottom, so we’re concerned that the product you received may not have been a Plexaderm product or may have been a packaging variation we’re not familiar with. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have the samples work well, purchase the full-size product, and then not experience the same results. We also apologize for the frustration you experienced when contacting customer service. We understand that it may be difficult to locate an order from several months ago without a confirmation number, and we certainly don’t want you to feel that we aren’t willing to help. One possibility we’d like to mention is that the product may have been purchased through a third-party seller rather than directly from the Plexaderm website. Unfortunately, products obtained through unauthorized or third-party sources can sometimes differ in authenticity, age, storage, or handling, which may affect performance. For best results, try using a very small amount on clean, dry skin and apply a thin, even layer. Avoid rubbing or touching the area while it dries and allow it to fully set before making facial expressions.
