So the product works...kind of
So the product works...kind of. It's great when you apply it. But after use it does more damage to your skin when not used. My eyes have never looked worse after using this product then not applying after.

It is a farce
It is a farce! I’ve tried every way to use it! It’s fine if you plan on not moving your face for the ENTIRE day. It flakes and peels. Another skin hack I fell for. DO NOT BUY

The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue and peel. We recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. It left me in worse condition after 3…
It left me in worse condition after 3 days of use. So I brought it for my under eye sag just like those folks in the commercials. Well, commercial doesn't state that it may burn, cause redness, or darken the circle under your eyes making you look racoons. I am of Spain and Nigerian descent with medium skin so my skin is further scarred. I forgot to say that my marionette mouth lines that I used the product on are now two brown lines.

Save your money
Tried it a few times. It tightened great. Flaked each time. Way past return window. Save your money. What a scam.

The product does work
The product does work. However it severely dries out my skin and I get little welts at the corner of each eye. It also leaves white chalky lines after it dries. I've taken to mixing it with my moisturizer and use on whole face rather than just treating specific area. I have used for about 4 years but do not use everyday.

They do not process credit returns
I ordered their product on November 26, 2024. After using it for a little over a week, I realized I saw no results so called on 12/17/2024 and asked about the return process and 30 day guarantee. I was told they do not provide return labels and I should ship on my own. Once received I would receive a credit to my account within 5-7 business days. I sent via Priority mail with tracking. It was delivered on 12/23/2024. On 1/2/2025, I realized I still had not received my refund so I called. I had to provide the tracking number and was told that they would now process the return credit. I asked if I had not called would it had been processed and was told I had to call to start the process -- this was never told to me when I called to initiate the return. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none was available and they would have someone call me -- still no call. I also asked for a confirmation email for the refund and was told I would have this yesterday. Still no email, no call and no refund. This is the worst return experience I have ever had. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge as I have no confidence in them refunding the money to me. It was also odd that I posted about my experience on their Facebook page and the post has been removed. Avoid this company at all costs.

I just used it for the first time and…
I just used it for the first time and didn’t see any changes after 20 minutes. Forehead lines and wrinkles around the mouth are still there. What a scam
