Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’re no longer seeing the same results and are experiencing irritation. Skin can sometimes change over time or react differently due to various factors. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. However, since your experiencing sensitivity with the Plexaderm, we recommend discontinuing use and disposing any addtional product you might have on hand.
