We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Everyone's skin reacts differently to skincare items, and we understand how upsetting this must be. We always recommend before use to first to test a small amount of serum on the inside of your arm. Monitor the area for 24 hrs for any sensitivity before using the product on your face. If you believe our product may have contributed to the sensitivity you've experienced, we strongly advise that you discontinue use of the product immediately and dispose of any remaining product you may have on hand. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you're loving the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum. Our formula is highly concentrated, and applying too much can sometimes result in dryness, a tightening sensation, or visible residue. For the best results, we recommend using a very small amount (about a half a pea size) and spreading it evenly across the desired area. Allow the Plexaderm to dry completely, approximately 10 minutes without facial movement during this time. If residue remains after drying, gently pat the area with a slightly damp cotton swab or cotton ball to reduce excess product. Should you have any questions please give us a call at 1-800-681-0366.
