In less than a month one of my pairs of heels have started to fall apart, less than a combined 4 hours of wear at that.

easy to walk in and comfortable

These are beautiful when they first arrived but got damaged in one night. I have no clue how to clean the matte. Also they don’t grip well to a pole. Since I’ve worn them one night I am now unable to return them.

My first order you sent me an uneven shoe, then i ordered again it was okay but i realized that you have points system when you give a review, I couldn't get my points because I subscribed "late" so there js nothing you can do about as you said in my email, you should just let people automatically give reviews once they purchased anything and not manually subscribe, so there im sad I didn't get points when I thought i can get those by leaving a review, i sent evidence that the first shoe you sent me is uneven the other one was loose, i asked if you can atleast send me one shoe but you asked me to send it back to you by my own expense I don't live in US so shipping fee is expensive, instead of just sending me one shoe you didn't replace it, so now i am forced to used the reject shoe you sent me 😩 because i didn't want my hard earned money to go to waste even if im not happy how it's made. So i hope you have more better customer service and i hope you take care of your clients

I love these shoes! They work great for dancing, and extremely comfortable for my feet as well. As someone who has bad feet, these shoes have allowed to enjoy heels like never before! Definitely buying again!
