Super late on delivery and with no updates on it at all.

I feel like these shoes are made wayyyy cheaper than they were a couple of years ago. The black plastic on the toe box and heel scratches down to white plastic underneath so easily and it looks so bad on stage… the materials used seem like they’re of lesser quality than they used to be.

I bought my shoes on the official website, the shipping was under the delay and everything went fine. The shoes themselves are really nice and comfortable. The issue is : the heels slowly separating from the shoes after a couple of weeks. It seems that the manufacturer already tried to glue them back but the glue solution didn't last. Obviously they should have never passed quality control. I guess it's on me to fix them now. (I've never received any possibility to send a product review on the official website, it makes me wonder if they new what they were doing)

So far really struggling to return the boots i purchased which are too small. Pleaser shoes want to charge me over £48 to return them which is almost half the purchase price. Their return policy says you have the option to choose your own postage but this option does not appear during the returns process. I am waiting to hear back from them to resolve this problem.

Pleaser is basically the industry standard for pole shoes. Their quality has slipped, though. I purchased a pair of their patent boots and was very excited about them. After ONE USE, almost all the "leather" had been rubbed off the toes of the shoes during choreo floor work. Their return process is straightforward and at no extra charge, but now I don't know which ones to order as replacements.

They change the ankle strap from Velcro to a rubber band slip through thing, you need to go back to the Velcro. I really am disappointed with that.

They’re ok. Already scratched with light use. And the integrity of the upper plastic feels really tenuous. And the lip needs a lot of shaving. They look pretty but I don’t expect these to last long.
