Pleasers has some nice unique styles
Pleasers has some nice unique styles, however 3 of the last 10 pairs I’ve bought have all had issues. 1) a flamingo tan pair came with holes in the platform (might have been bubbles in the plastic?) 2) the rhinestone pink boots came with a few other colored rhinestones mixed in and the boot lace clips pressed in- I had to pop them open with a screw driver so I could lace the boots (for $150 there should be NO issues) 3) a teal adore pair came and the straps had so many issues as if they had been worn before and we’re stretched out. Our studio owner had 2 pairs break in under 2 weeks, both worn less than 5 times. Sizing is extremely inconsistent between style and heel height. Customer service takes forever to respond, and exchanges/refunds take forever to process. I’ve bought easily 40 pairs of shoes from pleasers in the last 12 months but it’s become way more of a hassle than it’s worth. The quality is horrible. You can always see where the platform has been attached to the shoe itself. I’ve recently began purchasing other brands in place: Leecabe (which makes ANY style any heigh any color all custom) HellaHeels and LevelUp Heels and all have come blemish free with amazing quality. Although the price is a bit higher as they are not US based, I’d much rather spend the extra $50 to get a shoe that is going to last! Unfortunately, my pleaser purchasing days have ended!!
