Pleaser ShoesReviews of pleasershoes.com

Great description, true to size and very comfortable!

Great communication on when shoes were shipped and the tracking, shoes are comfortable and great quality

Ordered on line , easy to use website. Shipping was fast. If item is out of stock the notify when back in stock option is nice.

My daughter bought a pair of shoes for her competition. She tried them on and walked around inside her apartment. They did not fit correctly so she sent them back. They rejected the return because they had been "worn". She explained she put them on and walked around her apartment to see how they feel. They rejected it a second time and then put a time limit on her to get a label to them to have them shipped back to my daughter. These shoes were sent around July 23rd/24th and we are just now hearing back-we had to reach out on August 19th to find out if they received the return. We are still dealing with it now on September 8th and they are putting time constraints on us for getting these back...when they had the shoes for well over a month. Customer service is terrible and takes forever to respond and trying to get these shoes back, that don't fit correctly, has been at best, difficult. I would not recommend this company to anyone in case your shoes do not fit and they will find ANY reason to NOT return your money.

Always love my pleasers. They are the best to work in.

Took a while to arrive the waiting was worthy! Maybe nowadays we’re used to these companies that bring things in One day. I waited 10 days more or less. Super loved them!

I'm normally a size smaller in heels, because they're not proportioned correctly for my foot. These are the first actually true to size heels I think I've had. And they're so comfortable! Would highly recommend :)

comfortable purchase platform, exact arrival of the package
