Went to see judas priest and alice cooper, great concert paid 1,400.00 for 3 tickets so we could get the merchandise, that was in sept, keep getting the run around. You have to wonder if the bands putting on the show know how bad their fans are getting screwed

Hi Lori, as mentioned when you wrote in to our support team, the merchandise included in the VIP package was being prepped to ship. We were waiting for a few of the items to come out of the production phase. They arrived at our warehouse this week, and your shipment has been dispatched. If you reach back out to us at [email protected] we will be happy to share your tracking information with you. You should have also received a separate email with this information. I hope this clears up everything regarding the merchandise, and you enjoy the items you receive.

Total Scam. No pre-entry, no VIP Merchandise and they lie to you about that. Don't trust them. Only when the Artist know about an Q&A or something they dare to keep their promise.

The tickets said that the doors open at 11pm, so we arrived accordingly. Nowhere did it state that we would be crammed into the "club" for 2.5 hours waiting for the event. There was a DJ and music to entertain us as we wait but as we were stuck in place, we could not enjoy it. I did not get to see what i paid for because after 2 hours of standing like a sardine in heels, my feet had swollen to the point that they no longer fit in my shoes. When I contacted the company, I was told "well they showed up eventually because we saw pictures on social media so you can't have a refund" which further irritated me because the email is had sent them in the first place was NOT primarily about the lack of the promised experience, it was due to the treatment of people, who paid a great deal of money to be there, to not even be able to enjoy the experience because we couldn't move. I DID mention that if it is a situation where "the doors open at x time, event starts at y time" THAT SHOULD BE DICTATED AS SHOULD THE CONDITION OF HOW PEOPLE WILL BE CRAMMED IN. Their response was rude, cold, and addressed 0 of the actual points made. I will not ever do business with this company again and would advise against anyone else using them as well.

Do not buy a ticket based on the side stage experience, as you likely will not get it.

This company is a scam. Be very cautious about purchasing merchandise with your tickets. We saw our associated show over a month ago and the distribution company lost the merchandise. Even with confirmation from the distribution company on this Please.Co refuses to acknowledge that I haven't received my merchandise and make me whole. Disgusting.

We traveled from Sweden for a VIP event in Deerfield, MA run by please.co and received no information about the event. I wrote to the venue beginning two weeks before. The day before the concert, still no info so I reached out to the venue quite nervous who gave me a text contact for please.co. They also sent a link to their events which show no VIP event at our concert, only one a day before at another venue. When I reached the agent I was told information was sent out on June 6 and to check my spam folder. It turned out there was nothing sent out about this event because of an error that they blamed on the venue, this did not explain why the event was not even listed on their website until I notified them of the error. Then I was sent a link that indicated I needed a separate ticket. When I notified them of this I was told this was a further error. The whole experience was very stressful. When I asked for some basic compensation for this inconvenience, I was refused.

We bought 2x Gold ticket to see SUM41 in Berlin 04.11.2024 - WE STILL DID NOT GET OUR MERCH despite plenty emails! On Eventim it looked like there was an extra area for Gold/Silver ticket holders - there was not! It was one reason why we bought the very expensive tickets (293 € each, ~ 80 € regular). Same was true for the concert on the 08.11.2024 in Leipzig. Luckily, we got the usual ticekts for this one. However, we got informed we were supposed to be there 1 hour prior to the official opening. We were, second in line. However, doors were opened 5-10 minutes prior to the official doors were opened. There was a hell of a mess at the entrance because the ticket holder names were 1) not sorted alphabetical, 2) the wrong names ! After multiple complaints that the doors are now already opened - they said 'just look at price on the tickets, if it is expensive enough let them trough'. It's now almost SEVEN MONTHS after the concert that we haven't received the merch! We first contacted via the contact formular we received with the tickets. After multiple emails and weeks they eventually sent the items. However, there was no information by the delivery company that the package had arrived nor where we could pick it up so it was at some point sent back. We asked to re-send it, offering to pay the extra shipment. Nothing happend since more than a month now, again. Don't consider buying extra services through please.co - you will just not receive them! 400 € lost ! We will consider legal actions.
