Please & Thank YouReviews of please.co

Two months after an August 2026 Guess Who concert in Phoenix, the VIP merchandise has still not arrived. Communication with Please & Thank You came in the form of AI bots or "form letter" responses from an alleged human. This $950 fraud.

When I did this with Buckcherry they used your own camera and the picture came out so much better than the p&t picture. I sent a complaint to the company. Worst picture ever!

Terrible to no communication. Took 15 days to reply, just to ask do you still need help. The query just gets passed around with no real resolution. The order went through and got my name wrong. Was told it cannot be changed and have to provide a document with edited name. How stupid of a system!

People shuffled thru like livestock. We we not allowed to talk to them of ask for autograph. Paid A LOT for a terrible experience at the show. Then, 6 weeks later the "Exclusive Merch" shows up....very, very disappointed. Will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!

Most of the VIP portion of the event were a mess. Early entry was a disaster. The location we were told to check in had no one there. We were told to go to another place after a group of us finally asked. We finally found the table, but no one was there to check us in and because another group was going in for a separate VIP event for the opener, someone finally announced our meet and greet would be moved to after the concert. No early entry. Sucks for you if you made other plans! We got there hours before the show and stood around in 105 degree temps and waited for nothing. Show was great, although they crammed the pit full with chairs, but that was likely a venue issue. After the show we were hustled into a room where we were told no autographs, no conversations, just a quick picture with a backdrop, and then ushered back out. Most of our VIP merchandise we were supposed to receive was supposed to be mailed to us. 3 months later, it still hasn't shipped and their support is useless, telling me to check the status page which only says "US dates shipping," nothing about specific shows. I will never buy a VIP package again if it's through this company.

Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I booked the VIP package for A Perfect Circle, was advised the wrong time and location for arrival, when I arrived they claimed my ticket was fake and proceeded to argue with me for 20 minutes. After finally acknowledging my ticket they provided me with a damaged VIP lanyard. The early entry was false, we were just allowed into the main atrium early and then entered the actual music venue with non-VIPs. Finally the rest of the VIP merch didn't arrive by post until 3 months afterwards and the poster wasn't signed by the whole band as it stated it was.

Fantastic seats. Fair Price. The merch and pre-entry experience is kinda "meh." Did this at mission ballroom, got basically same stuff as at ford amphitheater. Really just wanted good seats to see the band up close, and I got that for sure - amazing, smokin' kickin' show. Soundcheck acess is "meh," impersonal, and got stopped by rain anyhow. Not unhappy, just giving you feedback you asked for. The pre-show is well managed but it and the merch are not that exciting. Would prefer to be able to buy great seats but not have to show up super early to the venue and sit through merch delivery and soundcheck.

Mike Morales, VIP Manager for the Gov't Mule made everything perfect. If everyone in the world did their jobs half as well as he does his, we would live in a truly utopian society. I just cant say enough about his kindness and professionalism. If he ran for president of the Unites States I would vote for him. I would also let him date my sister.
