I bought a VIP package for the "Two of a Kind After Party" event with Nick and Howie from the Backstreet Boys, and I find it ABSURD that—even though the guys were smiling and willing to sign autographs—a rude staff member stopped it from happening. At events for other artists, autographs are allowed during Meet and Greets; I understand that these sessions are quick (though 30 seconds is ridiculous), but that is precisely why "VIP" guests should be allowed to get an autograph.

Unfortunately I don’t have much positive to say about how this company handles VIP experiences or handling support afterwards. I purchased a VIP package for The Neighbourhood in Zurich, which was advertised to include: • Priority venue entry • Priority access to the merch booth inside the venue • etc. (lanyard, merch shipped after show) We were also informed that VIP attendees will receive an email 24-48h before the show. The mail instructed us to arrive between 17:00-17:30 for VIP Check in, before general doors opened at 18:00. When we arrived there was indeed a separate VIP line, but staff only started to checking people in at around 17:40. By the time I was checked in, general admission doors were already open and GA attendees were entering at the same time as VIP guests. Instead of getting the advertised VIP access, I ended up in the middle of the crowd and was unable to access merch before general admission attendees. After confronting customer service I was told that Priority/Early Entry is offered on a where and when basis” & that it “may mean that entry happens shortly before general doors open”. While I understand that event logistics can change, theres a big difference between minor adjustments and what happened at the Venue. Paying significantly more than a regular admission ticket did not result in any meaningful VIP experience on site. The main advertised advantages were unfortunately not provided, leaving many people understandably frustrated. Overall the venue handled the situation very poorly and I probably wouldn’t book VIP anymore. However I do appreciate the company reaching out again after a second e-mail with a partial refund.

Communication initially was great, but logistics on the date not so much. I also had accessibility and needed to collect this from the box office, but this didn’t open until after VIP? I ended up caught in the VIP crowd being given mixed signals from staff at the back to push forward, but staff at the front scalding for this. As a disabled person, this crush followed by a closely packed run of a crowd was incredibly dangerous. The lack of consideration towards disabled people also having VIP is disappointing and is a disaster waiting to happen.

Scheduling optimum time for preschoolers is hard. Working around naps, meals, parents work hours, etc. short of all events happening on Saturdays or Sundays would be best. Starting at 4 Pm with VIP party, and show beginning at 5PM. SKIP intermission in show. The VIP party was nice but could have had better snacks put together in individual box lunches for every ticket holder. Provide more room so participants could sit and do crafts. Gabby should have stayed the entire time at party. I think more memorable items could have been included in the tote bag for the price paid.
