Two months after an August 2026 Guess Who concert in Phoenix, the VIP merchandise has still not arrived. Communication with Please & Thank You came in the form of AI bots or "form letter" responses from an alleged human. This $950 fraud.

When I did this with Buckcherry they used your own camera and the picture came out so much better than the p&t picture. I sent a complaint to the company. Worst picture ever!

Terrible to no communication.
Terrible to no communication.
Took 15 days to reply, just to ask do you still need help. The query just gets passed around with no real resolution.
The order went through and got my name wrong. Was told it cannot be changed and have to provide a document with edited name.
How stupid of a system!

People shuffled thru like livestock
People shuffled thru like livestock. We we not allowed to talk to them of ask for autograph. Paid A LOT for a terrible experience at the show. Then, 6 weeks later the "Exclusive Merch" shows up....very, very disappointed. Will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!

Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I booked the VIP package for A Perfect Circle, was advised the wrong time and location for arrival, when I arrived they claimed my ticket was fake and proceeded to argue with me for 20 minutes. After finally acknowledging my ticket they provided me with a damaged VIP lanyard. The early entry was false, we were just allowed into the main atrium early and then entered the actual music venue with non-VIPs. Finally the rest of the VIP merch didn't arrive by post until 3 months afterwards and the poster wasn't signed by the whole band as it stated it was.

No meet or greet
Never got to meet (or greet) Burton Cummings or Randy Bachman. Multiple "lightning" delays and it was 10:20pm and still the Guess Who hadn't come out. The venue has a sound ordinance with a hard stop at 11pm so I thought there was a pretty good chance they weren't going to play at all that night so we left.

Never get VIP when you don't even have to pay for it
We're sitting in VIP and we paid a lot of money for it.
Because, of your lack of security, every drug addict, smelly, fat, idiot, who didn't pay for a ticket, knows they can get away with just invading the VIP section.
They're spilling drinks, they admitted they weren't supposed to be there, but they said do something about it. For well, knowing no one would. We left early because we were so annoyed at what was happening around us.
Now I know, you don't have to pay to sit in a VIP section when you can just go ahead and invade it if you scope it out long enough, and see what seats haven't been bought.
Obviously, it happens a lot since they're very experienced at it. If you can't provide what you said you were going to provide. Then don't provide it
have an open border in your VIP section. Thanks a lot for nothing.

VIP experience is a total scam
VIP experience is a total scam. The artist was supposed to play 2-3 songs before the show and only played one song. Commerative items were not received before the show but mailed weeks after the show. Items were supposed to be valued at $85. The item I received was a deck of playing cards. Complete ripoff.
