Most of the VIP portion of the event were a mess. Early entry was a disaster. The location we were told to check in had no one there. We were told to go to another place after a group of us finally asked. We finally found the table, but no one was there to check us in and because another group was going in for a separate VIP event for the opener, someone finally announced our meet and greet would be moved to after the concert. No early entry. Sucks for you if you made other plans! We got there hours before the show and stood around in 105 degree temps and waited for nothing. Show was great, although they crammed the pit full with chairs, but that was likely a venue issue. After the show we were hustled into a room where we were told no autographs, no conversations, just a quick picture with a backdrop, and then ushered back out. Most of our VIP merchandise we were supposed to receive was supposed to be mailed to us. 3 months later, it still hasn't shipped and their support is useless, telling me to check the status page which only says "US dates shipping," nothing about specific shows. I will never buy a VIP package again if it's through this company.

The Meet and Greet was held after the concert however we were told it would be before the concert such that we needed to get to the venue 2 hours early. We did and just sat and waited...and could not even go to our seats. Even the staff at the venue agreed it was a very disorganized and poorly-communicated Meet and Greet.

I bought a VIP merchandise ticket. I was told that I would receive an email within 72 hours following the concert allowing me to redeem the promised merchandise. It is now 144 hours post concert and I have not received any information on how to redeem my merchandise. I am extremely disappointed in this process.
