Having just a little bit more time
Having just a little bit more time with the artist would have been a better experience. It felt like we were herded in and out like cattle with no time to say anything but a couple of words to the artist.

The concert was fantastic!! The meet and greet was awesome. My brother and I have waited somewhere around fity five years to me these guys. Also whenever possible, a question and answer session would be great! Just the opportunity to say a few words to the artist on a more personal level and not just about the music.

The Meet and Greet was held after the concert however we were told it would be before the concert such that we needed to get to the venue 2 hours early. We did and just sat and waited...and could not even go to our seats. Even the staff at the venue agreed it was a very disorganized and poorly-communicated Meet and Greet.

Never got to meet (or greet) Burton Cummings or Randy Bachman. Multiple "lightning" delays and it was 10:20pm and still the Guess Who hadn't come out. The venue has a sound ordinance with a hard stop at 11pm so I thought there was a pretty good chance they weren't going to play at all that night so we left.

We're sitting in VIP and we paid a lot of money for it. Because, of your lack of security, every drug addict, smelly, fat, idiot, who didn't pay for a ticket, knows they can get away with just invading the VIP section. They're spilling drinks, they admitted they weren't supposed to be there, but they said do something about it. For well, knowing no one would. We left early because we were so annoyed at what was happening around us. Now I know, you don't have to pay to sit in a VIP section when you can just go ahead and invade it if you scope it out long enough, and see what seats haven't been bought. Obviously, it happens a lot since they're very experienced at it. If you can't provide what you said you were going to provide. Then don't provide it have an open border in your VIP section. Thanks a lot for nothing.

I bought a VIP package for the "Two of a Kind After Party" event with Nick and Howie from the Backstreet Boys, and I find it ABSURD that—even though the guys were smiling and willing to sign autographs—a rude staff member stopped it from happening. At events for other artists, autographs are allowed during Meet and Greets; I understand that these sessions are quick (though 30 seconds is ridiculous), but that is precisely why "VIP" guests should be allowed to get an autograph.

VIP experience is a total scam. The artist was supposed to play 2-3 songs before the show and only played one song. Commerative items were not received before the show but mailed weeks after the show. Items were supposed to be valued at $85. The item I received was a deck of playing cards. Complete ripoff.
