OsmoReviews of playosmo.com

This must be a scam company. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. I order a 150 foot hose, what was delieved many, many weeks later was a 15 FOOT hose. I contacted them by email at the address proved by them, it was shot back to me as 'undelieverable'. I have tried to contact them again, to the same end. Not only the order was incorrect, what was sent I could have been bought at a cheap dollar store for $10. It is really, REALLY BAD product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I'm unclear as to their 'customer service' other than there is none!

I made the mistake of buying the trackers for my cats. I cannot find a company that will support them (sim). So I have contacted them for a return/refund. You are limited on when you can return them. I am attempting to initiate the return but the employee keeps giving me the run around.

Sorriest piece of junk I have ever bought! Nothing like the claims by the company. Total waste of money!

This a review for Osmo-Official.com. Based on a Wire-Cutter review I ordered Osmo's Provac which was on sale with additional parts included. FIrst of all, their 10% discount code didn't work- so I had to call- but they did apply it. However, when I received the vaccum it was an entirely different product- from VersLife- not what was ordered. When I wrote for clarification I was ghosted. When I wrote again to ask to return it with free shipping they denied the shipping but offered 30% off for me to keep it. Again I wrote saying I wouldn't pay for shipping on an item they "mistakenly sent". Then, they responded that if I kept it they'd now give me 50% off- still no offer of a shipping label. Finally, I accused them of illegal baiting and switching activity and they immediately refunded my money and told me to keep the item. I DO have my refund but this all smelled very fishy.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. This is the worst purchase I've ever made. I put it together to use and nothing worked properly. Despite advertising claims, this vacuum isn't usable on carpet, just hard surface floors, and does a dreadful job with that. Customer service is non-existent and they DO NOT provide free return, so it will cost nearly as much as the vacuum to return it. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO SCAM YOU!!!!....Buy a 'name brand', OSMO advertising is FALSE!!!

When product arrived, plugged it in to charge, only to return to find the charge had burnt through and I also injured myself removing it as I had not realized and touched the extremely hot exposed wire. I requested a return- they offered a replacement charger- absolutely unacceptable. What a bad product and experience.

I opened the box and took out this vacuum and put it right back in the box because I could tell it was a piece of junk. I contacted the company and they will only give me a partial refund and encourage me to try it. So I took it back out, put it together and try it. It doesn’t work. The plastic wheels would scratch my wood floors and there was literally so little suction. It could barely pick up a piece of paper. There is basically no return policy unless you want to pay for shipping . So basically I just ate the cost of this vacuum and sadly I’m adding more plastic to the landfill.

Får endelig efter 1 måned min vinduesvasker. Pris 1100.
