I truly thank you for your rapid response time.That really means a lot. I hooked everything up without cabling it to make sure that it would work and it all worked. I logged into the Viidure App.which leaves a lot to be desired.It seems like their end goal is to have you buy some of their subscription packages. The directions supplied with the OSMO aren’t really helpful. I think that this will be a Christmas gift to my Son-ln Law as I can’t picture myself, an 80 year old climbing all in and out of my Pacifica in the middle of a cold, snowy Michigan Winter. I wouldn’t be able to move for a week. I went to You Tube to try and get some help and I did find a lot of people that trashed OSMO as a sham and fraud, but it did start up and was taking video with both front and back cameras once I figured a few things out. But I do appreciate your prompt response and help. Thank you.

I received my vest and notified customer service….it was too small. Two days later that had sent me a new vest! Now that service above and beyond!
